Petition of Samuel Kelley and others for leave to erect a Tall Bridge from the mainland in Calais to the Island in the Schoodic River, referred in the House to the Committee on Turnpikes &c. came up for concurrence was Read and concurred.

Order of the House that Messrs. Goodenow Howard and Whitemore be a Committee with such as the Senate may join, to take into consideration the expediency of passing an Act in addition to an Act entitled an "Act respecting pounds and impounding beasts going at large or damage feasant", with leave to report by Bill or otherwise; came up for concurrence, was read and concurred and Messrs.
