Bill - tax of 50.000 Bill "to apportion and assess on this State, a Tax of Fifty thousand Dollars" being reported with amendments which are adopted. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve - further compensation to SecY of State & Adjt General Resolve allowing further compensation to the Secretary of State and also to the Adjutant general for their respective services Read a second time & passage refused. Sent up

Resolve - allowing 100$ to Treasurer - Resolve allowing one hundred dollars to the Treasurer of the State for additional Clerk Hire being called up - the vote passing it to be engrossed was reconsidered and the Resolve ordered to lie on the table.
