New Trials came up for concurrence viz-

[Pets. Thos. G. Thornton & als]

Petition of Thomas G. Thornton and others of Saco - administrators on the estate of Thomas Cutts Esquire, deceased for authority to convey a certain tract of land.

[Assessors of Dexter]

and of assessors of the Town of Dexter, that their doings may be rendered valid- and were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House

[Inhabts. westerly part of Frankfort]

On motion of Mr. Whitney Ordered that the petition of the Inhabitants of the westerly part of Frankfort, praying to be set off from that part and said town and be annexed to the town of Monroe be taken from the files of the Senate and laid on the table - referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns and sent down for concurrence.

The petition of Benjamin Sargent and others inhabitants of No. 3-7th range - County of Penobscot praying to be incorporated into a town name of Milo -
