Afternoon, The Engrossed Bill authorizing a Lottery for improving the navigation of Kennebec River was taken up and committed to Messrs Stebbins, Dunlap and Holland with instructions to report the same with amendments, if expedient, so as to embrace the various subjects of Lottery no before the Legislature.
