which were severally finally passed.

The same Committee also report as duly engrossed - Bill to secure to owners their property in Masts Logs Spars & other timber which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to regulate Banks & Banking came from the Senate they having reconsidered their former votes & ordered the Bill to be re-engrossed as further amended on sheet annexed marked R - and the House reconsider their former votes passing the Bill to be enacted & to be engrossed adopt the amendments proposed by the Senate & order the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended in concurrence.
