100. Resolve - An additional Resolve for the relief of the town of Hartland, was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
Bill - authorizing the extending and enlarging of a wharf in the tide waters in Eastport, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a third reading.
Bill - authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to grant leave to the guardians of Insane persons to make a conveyance of real estate in certain cases was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3rd reading.
Report of the committee on the petition of Cornelius Thompson & others came from the Senate that body nonconcurring the House in their reference of the report on the 26th to the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns and adhering to their role of the 24th inst giving the petitioners leave to withdraw. And the House ordered the Reports to lie on the table.
