Resolve authorizing the appointment of Auditors to investigate the unsettled accounts of Lottery Managers, (reported by Mr. Randall from the Joint Select Committee, to which was referred an order directing an inquiry respecting the Cumberland and Oxford Canal Lottery) was read once and on motion of Mr. Prescott ordered to lie on the table, and that 500 copies of the report and Resolve be printed for the use of the Legislature.
