Resolve "in amendment of, and in addition to a Resolve " {apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns, plantations + classes, on the first apportionment"— " {"providing for the promulgation + distribution of the Laws + Resolves, which are or may be passed by the present Legislature" " {"to extend the time for making certain roads through the public lands" " "in favor of James L Child" — which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Convention of both[?] Houses Thos Vose — qualified as Counseller— Agreeably to assignment the two houses met in conven-tion, when Thomas vose Esq Counsellor elect, came in and took and subscribed the oaths prescribed by the Constitution to qualify him for the discharge of the duties of that Office — and the Senators then withdrew.
