[page 579] Testimony of Henry M. Harlow, sworn. By Dr. Butler: Q. State how long you have been superintendent of this hospital? A. I was elected Superintendent in 1852 Q. You are doubtless perfectly familiar with the laws and rules of the hospital? A. I know some thing about them Q. Is it a rule of the hospital that any disobeyance of rules or any abuses shall be reported to you by every person who has cognizance of it? A. We expect that. We would like to have it so. Q.
