Mr. Dennett from the committee on the petition of Belfast and als. reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition: Read and recommitted to Messrs Usher and Steele with such as the House may join : sent down for concurrence : concurred, and Messrs Watson, Pierce and Clark were joined.-

Report of the committee on petition of John Spring and als. came up; and the recommit the subject : The Senate reconsider their vote by which they accepted the report and concur with the House.-

Mr. Usher from the committee on petition of Joseph Williamson and als. reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon to be published in the Eastern Argus, printed in Portland, and the Hancock Gazette & Penobscot Advertiser, printed at Belfast, three weeks successively. the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-
