The committee on the subject of revising the laws respecting Highways &, reported a Bill - report accepted.

Bill in addition to the several acts now in force, regulating the laying out of Highways, was read [underlined]once, & referred to Messrs Williams of Augusta, Stone of Jay & Hill of Gouldsboro'
