[left margin] Message to the H.R. proposing con to choose counsellors [main body] On motion by Mr Dennett a message was sent to the House of Representatives proposing a convention of both Houses of the Legislature in the Representatives Chamber this fore noon at 11 oclock for the purpose of choosing seven coun sellors to advise the Governor in the Executive part of the Government the current political year. concurred
