222 Saturday February 28th 1829

Met according to adjournment

Bill additional act to exempt certain goods & chattels from attachment, execution & distress, was read a third time and referred to Messrs White of Monmouth, Briant of Fairfield & Miller of Waldoborough.

Bill changing the names of certain persons, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve relative to imprisonment for debt, was read once & referred to the next Legislature in concurrence with the Senate.

A communication was received from Levi Habbard Counselor elect, signifying his acceptance.
