Chamber at 12 oclock this day & in their presence take & subscribe the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify him to enter upon the discharge of the duties of his office & at an early hour thereafter, make a communication to the two branches by the Secretary of State.
A communication was received from the Senate by Mr Kavanagh their Secretary, proposing a Convention of both Houses in the Representatives Chamber at 12 oclock today for the purpose of administering the oaths required by the Constitution to Jonathan
