Resolve in favor of the Trustees & Overseers of Bowdoin College, reported in this House, was read once & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill additional to an act relating to fish in East Machias waters, reported in a new draft which was adopted, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as in said new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill repealing the second section of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Maine Historical Society passed Feb. 5 1828 & for other purposes, was passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill An additional act respecting the salariies of Judges & Registers of Probate, was read 1st & 2nd time & Tuesday next at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Resolve in favor of the Mariners Church, was read 1st & 2nd time & Tuesday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Ordered that the report of the committee on the petition of Isaac Ilsley & others praying for aid in the erection of a Mariners Church, School House ect in Portland, be published in all the papers in this State that publish the laws of the State - read & passed.

Resolve relating to internal improvements, was read Once and Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve requesting the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Court which passed thus House 2nd instant, came from the Senate passage refused - and the House receded & concurred.
