Met according to adjournment.

Bill additional to an act to incorporate the Maine Stage Company was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the town of Appleton, reported with amendments by the committee on Bills in the third reading which were adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill relating to the School fund in North Yarmouth, was read a 1st & 2d time & Tuesday next at ten o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to unite Houlton & Hodgdon Plantations was read a 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 11 o clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill in addition to several acts now in force relating to the taking of Salmon Shad and alewives in the town of Machias, was read 1st & 2d time and Tuesday next at 11 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Report on the petition of David Trask, granting leave to withdraw, came down accepted in Senate, for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of James Means & als, granting an Order of Notice, came down accepted in Senate for concurrence and the House concurred.
