[Amendment proposed] Mr. Kingsbury then moved to amend said Bill by adding a sixth section, which question being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided as follows, To wit: [Yeas] Yeas Messrs. Drummond, Eastman, Fuller, Gardner, Harding, Hinds, Kingsbury and Morse 8 [Nays] Nays Messrs. Davee, Dole, Dunlap, Goodwin, Hall, Hutchings, Ingalls, Megquier, Pike, Steele and Sweat 11.

The question of passing said Bill to be engrossed being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows, To wit: [Yeas] Yeas Messrs.
