Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Lewiston[underlined] Petition[underlined] of Lewiston to be reimbursed their expences in the support of Jeremiah Smith and wife — paupers having no settlement in this State — read and referred to the committee on New Trials. Sent up for concurrence

Committee to report if exped-iant to furnish County — Treasurers with the Laws -+ Ordered[underlined], That Messrs Goodwin of Brewer, Black-well of Madison and Wood of Winthrop be a com-mittee to take into consideration the propriety of allowing to each of the County of Treasurers in this State a set of the Statute Laws already printed and bound - to report by Bill or otherwise — read + passed.
