[Bill relating to selection and empannelling Jurors] Bill in addition to an act regulating the selection, empannelling of service of Jurors which had been passed to be engrossed with amendments, and sent down for concurrence, came up nonconcurred: - The Senate insist on their amendments; sent down. - The bill came up, and the House insist on their vote of nonconcurrence. The Senate adhere to their amendments, and send the Bill to the House.

[]Pet. Inhabitants of Plant. No. 6] On motion of Mr. Bond, ordered that the petition of part of Plantation No. 6 in Oxford County be taken from the files & laid on the table referred to the Joint Standing committee on Incorporation of Towns, sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.

[Committee on Ministerial & School Lands] On motion of Mr. Witham, ordered that Messrs Witham and Dunn, with such as the House may join, be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of enacting a general law regulating the sale of disposition of Ministerial & school lands, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise; sent down for concurrence. came up concurred and Messrs Fuller, Eveleth and Tolman were joined.
