Read, and with the accompanying documents referred in concurrence with the Senate, to the committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals.

Petition of Jesse Plummer & al and accompanying papers taken from the Senate files and sent down agreeably to request, were referred to the committee on Turnpikes Bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

Message was received from the Governor, as follows,

To the Senate & House of Representatives

 I communicate for your consideration a copy of a latter from the Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts addressed to the Secretary of State of the United States, with an extract of a letter from the Land Agent, of that Commonwealth, relating to its own rights and interests, as well as those of this State, within the Country on this side of our North Eastern Boundary.
 I also transmit a plan of the line between Maine and New Hampshire, as determined by the Commissioners, who have recently acted upon that subject.

Read & that part, with the Documents relating to the North Eastern Boundary referred in concurrence with the Senate, to the committee who have under consideration that subject - that part relating to the New Hampshire Boundary line to the Committee on that subject in concurrence with the Senate.

Petitions of Sam Pierson & als -

of Cyprian Cole & others Selectmen of Greenwood taken from the last years files of the Senate came down referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals for concurrence - and the House concurred.
