Mr. Dole of Alna moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday refusing a passage to the Resolve for the benefit of Waterville College - Tuesday next at eleven o clock was assigned to consider the motions.

Bill authorizing the town of Bath to assess a tax on the owners of Dogs, was reported with amendments which were adopted read a third time & passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Joseph B. Prince, was read once & Wednesday next at eleven o clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Bangor Pier Corporation was read 1st & 2nd time & Wednesday next at 11 o clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Anson Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 11 o clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill additional to an act authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of Waterville Bank, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 11 o clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

The committee on the Bond of Elias Thomas Treasurer elect reported that the their opinion, the bond is sufficient & ought to be accepted by the Legislature - and the report was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
