The convention resumed the consideration of the unfinished business of yesterday & refused to sustain the motion made by Mr Smith, Yeas 71. Nays 75.

On motion, Mr Joseph C Small's name was added the list of members reported by the Committee.

Mr Smith of Nobleboro laid upon the table a regular certificate of his election, and on motion, his name was added to said list

Adjourned until there oclock this afternoon.

The convention resumed the consideration of the report of the committee appointed to examine the credentials &c when on motion of Mr Kent of Bangor, Simeon Fowler Junior name was added to the list members reported by said committee - This question was decided by yeas & nays as follows - yeas 73. nays 72.
