Wednesday February 3d 1830.

Met according to adjournment.

The committee of this House on contested Elections, to whom was referred the memorial of Andrew Roberts, claiming a right to sit & vote as members of this House from the Town of Waterboro' and to whom was also referred the Remonstrance of William Thing & als against the election of said Roberts, made a detailed report, by which it appears, that said Roberts is not entitled to a seat as a member of the House - The Minority of the Committee aforesaid reported a statement of facts as they appeared to them, and that said Andrew Roberts is entitled to a seat as a members of the House -
