98 instructing the Joint standing Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of so amending the law of attachment as to enable creditors to attach on mesue process and set off on execution a debtors right of redemption in real estate that has been set off on execution also to enable creditors to attach an mesue process and sell on execution. Read and passed in concurrence

Order from the House of Representatives instructing the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expedient in case of attachments on real estate, of requiring the attaching - officer, to record the same in the town or plantation Book of records, when such attachments, shall be made; and report by Bill or otherwise. Read and passed in concurrence.
