The Order instructing the Committee to whom was referred so much of the Governors message as relates to the North Eastern Boundary, to enquire into the expediency of repealing a Resolve respecting the territory lying North and East of the River St Johns and St Francis, approved March 3rd 1832, came up from the House, passage refused and indefinitely postponed, and on motion of Mr Williamson it was laid on the table.

The Reports of the Warden of the State Prison came up from the House referred to the Committee on the State Prison and five hundred copies ordered to be printed, which was read and the reference and order for printing concurred.
