109 Mr Talbot from the joint standing Committee on turnpikes, bridges and canals, reported leave to withdraw on the petition of the Inhabitants of Steuben. Read accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Cobb from the joint select Committee on Division and alteration of counties, reported leave to withdraw on the petition of the Inhabitants of St Albans. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The Order instructing the Committee to whom was referred so much of the Governors message as relates to the North Eastern Boundary, to enquire into the expediency of repealing a Resolve respecting the territory lying North and East of the River St Johns and St Francis, approved March 3rd 1832, came up from the House, passage refused and indefinitely postponed, and on motion of Mr Williamson it was laid on the table.
