Notes made to the Legislative Authority of the said
Commonwealth and passed into an Act or Resolve
to the End it may be binding and conclusive
between the Several Proprietors above mentioned
and the Land Commonwealth - and this Propriety
do hereby Agree to submit to, and abide by the
Determination and report of said Committee --
Also Voted that the Honible Tristan Dalton Esq
Jonathan Mason Jun Esq Col Josiah Waters and
John Avery Jun (and any two of them to make
a Quorum) be and they are hereby appointed
agents of this Propriety to represent us before
the Committee above named and to defend and
Support our aforesaid Claim --
And Also Voted if it should so happen that in
fencing the Boundary Lines between any of the
Proprietors aforesaid ascertaining their several
Claims or between the Land belonging to the
Commonwealth and said Proprietors, that if
either Claim shall take any other Proprietors
Possession or any Persons Legally settled and under
such Proprietors, such persons shall not be
disturbed, but shall hold the Lot where he has
settled paying the Proprietors who it may
fall to, a reasonable Consideration thereupon
without taking any Advantage of his Improvement
in the price of the same; and in case they cannot
agree as to the value the Parties consent the
Same [?] determined by three Suitable
persons then appointed by the Parties or the
Committee aforesaid; provided the other Claimers
as aforementioned adopt the same vote
jointly with us --
Vote That the Clerk of this Propriety be and he
hereby is desired to revue the Several Proprietors
holding Land under Samuel Small and the
Notes made to the Legislative Authority of the said
Commonwealth and passed into an Act or Resolve
to the End it may be binding and conclusive
between the Several Proprietors above mentioned
and the Land Commonwealth - and this Propriety
