Voted - That the Several Votes passed at said meeting
be and hereby are confirmed
Voted to adjourn to Tuesday the 2d day of October
Next Then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at
6 OClock P.M. and said meeting is adjourned accordingly

Laying in the Province of Maine holden under the Will
of Bridget Phillips late of Boston deceased met According
to adjournment at the Coffee House in Boston

Voted to adjourn to Thursday the 4th of October Instant
Then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock
P.M. and said meeting is adjourned accordingly

Thursday 4th October 1781 the Proprietors of a certain
Tract of Land Laying in the Province of Maine
holden under the Will of Bridget Phillips late
of Boston deceased met According to adjournment
at the Coffee House in Boston --
Present Hon'ble William Philips, + Thomas
Cushing Esq. SNefs William Powell + Cowan
Brown Esq Col Josiah Waters + John Avery jun
It was thought expedient that Hon'ble Benja
Chadbourne Esq and SN Small or his Attorneys
SN Bradbury or SN Parsons be present in Order
to determine whether the whole of the Proprietors
claiming Lands in the late Province of Main
will join in an Application of the General
Court an Amicable Settlement,
thereof thereupon it was voted that the Hon'ble
Benjamin Chadbourne Esq be desired to attend
the Proprietors aforesaid at their next adjournment
as also SN Small or his Attorneys --
Voted to adjourn to Monday the 8th of October
Instant Then to meet at the Coffee House in
Boston at 6 OClock P.M. and said meeting
is adjourned accordingly
