Claims in A Letter from Samuel Small, agent, to the
Clerk was read leaving the Matter of the Propriety of the
Heirs of Samuel Small to the decision of the Courts written
The Hon'ble SN Prebble was desired appoint a meeting
of the Committee to note by the Several Proprietors
of Lands in the County of York to meet them on the 3d Wednesday
