Q. You are one of the visiting committee?
A. Yes sir, was appointed to that position a year ago last January
Q. Were you ever connected with the asylum in any way before?
A. I think not
Q. Did you enter in your duties with any prejudice for or against the institution?
A. I think not
Q. With what frequency have you visited and seen the patients and gone through the wards?
A. I think I must have been over there during the year some 20 times, perhaps more.
Q. Have the other members of the visiting committee usually been with you?
A. Part of the time at least, Mr. Whidden are the other members.
