A. Not that I am aware of. No names were read, because if there had been, I should have know my name was there.
Q. You mean to state that you never knew your name was there?
A. I never did, supposed it was not there.
Q. When the register of the council, giving this report at large, with the signatures to it, on page 614 was presented to you, do you mean to say that you signed it as accepted, or do you mean to say you did not then know?
A. That register was placed on the table at the end of the year, and we commenced at the front part and signed right straight through under each session, and no time did I look to see what the particular proceedings were under that.
