A. We took him down and then took him to the lodge. We were all down together. I caught my boot in a chair and tripped.
Q. What did you do after falling?
A. We got up and Mr. Mitchell took one side of Mr. Whidden and I took the other and took him to the lodge.
Q. When he was down there did you or Mr. Mitchell get onto him with your knees, and jump on his stomach with your feet or anything of the sort?
A. No sir
Q. Was he taken down again at all?
A. Not to my knowledge. I was with him all the time, saw the whole of it

A. Yes sir
