I do think they had not ought to be commissioned anew until at least there are signs of their being reconciled to the new Government and to speak more Respectfully of it than what they have done, -
I will enclose a List of the names again that you may have them before you - to Nominate to the Councill if you see fit, -
and I beg you will pardon me for intruding this long letter on your Patience. -
