Voted - That the Proprietors take under Consideration

that part of the Land sett off by the Hon'ble Committee of the

General Court to the Shapleighs Propriety which belongs to the

Phillips - What Sum is necessary to be given by the

Said Shapleighs Propriety - The Committee supposed there was

about five thousand Acres ---

Voted that a Committee be appointed to agree + determine

with the Hon'ble Benjamin Chadbourne Agent for the

Shapleighs upon the Sum necessary to be given for said Land

and that his Honor Thomas Cushing, Hon'ble Jeremiah

Powell Esq + The Clerk be a Committee for this Purpose --

and that the Committee act their Own Judgement respecting

Voted - That the Proprietors take under Consideration that part of the Land sett off by the Hon'ble Committee of the General Court to the Shapleighs Propriety which belongs to the Phillips - What Sum is necessary to be given by the Said Shapleighs Propriety - The Committee supposed there was about five thousand Acres ---

Voted that a Committee be appointed to agree + determine with the Hon'ble Benjamin Chadbourne Agent for the Shapleighs upon the Sum necessary to be given for said Land and that his Honor Thomas Cushing, Hon'ble Jeremiah Powell Esq + The Clerk be a Committee for this Purpose -- and that the Committee act their Own Judgement respecting this Matter ---
