�in the afternoon; then + there to chuse a Moderator and Clerk; and to appoint a Committee is all in Behalf of the Proprietors, more especially in providing all such Persons as have trespassed or may have often trespassed upon said Land, either by erecting Houses Mills or other Buildings or by making Strips or Waste thereon; to joyn with any other of the desires of the said Bridget Phillips or any other Persons in ascertainning the Bound, of the aforesaid Tracts of Land, and in General to transact all Matters + things, that shall be judged for the Benefit + Advantage of the Proprietors -- Nash Sparhawk
