A communication was received from Asa Redington Jun. Treasurer elect, signifying his acceptance and transmitting the Bond required by the Constitution - read and referred to the Joint Select Committee to which was referred the Treasurers Report. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

On motion of Mr Robinson of Kennebec, Ordered, that Messrs.  Robinson of Kennebec, Ham, Greene, Burr and Maqoun be a Committee with such as the House may join, to report the time, place and manner to be prescribe by the Legislature of this State in making choice of a Senator from this State, in the Senate of the United States - read and passed.
