Q. What was done with her after the operation was performed A. She was removed to the sick room I think the next morning. She had watches that night. Q. Wasn't she able to be removed that day A. It was thought best not to remove her until the next morning. I thought so too. Q. How long did she stay in the sick room A. Some weeks, I don't recollect. Q. Then she was taken where A. Back to the same ward Q. Was that one of the worst or best wards A. A very good ward. Q. What was her mental condition before this delivery A. At times she was violent; would throw things, dishes sometimes. Q. Her insanity was intermittent was it A. Yes. At times she was quiet. Q. Liable to [illegible] A. Yes sir. Q.
