I think it would compare very well with the exception of short time last year when we were out without a regular baker. We have a very nice baker at present. Q. Whether the flour that has been used for the last 8 or 10 years is of a quality that ought to make good bread? A. I think it would make good bread. I am not a judge of the raw material myself.
