Did you see him everyday during that time? A. I guess there was no day but what I saw him. I saw him most every night, I used generally to go to bed about 9 o'clock. Q. You did not see him from 9 o'clock in the night till what time in the morning? A. Probably 5 or 6 in the morning. Q. You son not know whether he was cold at midnight or not do you? A. Of course not, but when I have seen the lodge the temperature would be warm enough all night. I have been in the lodge at 12 o'clock at night. Q.
