Tuesday Dec 7th 1779 the Proprietors met according to adjournment at the Coffee House in Boston Present the Hon'ble Jeremiah Powell + Thom Cushing Esq and John Avery jun Voted to adjourn to Thursday the twenty fourth of Feby 1780 at 6 OClock P.M. then to meet at this Place and the Meeting was Accordingly Adjourned Suffolks Feby 24, 1780 John Avery jun Prop Clerk

of Clerk Pro Tempore to the Proprietors of Certain Lands holden under Bridget Phillips in the Absence of Daniel Marsh standing Clark before me Thomas Cushing Just Peace
Thursday the 24th day of February 1780 the Proprietors of a certain Tract of Land Laying in the Province of Maine holden under the Will of Bridget Phillips late of Boston deceased met According to adjournment and further adjourned to the Twenty Ninth day of Feby instant then to meet at the Coffee House 6 OClock P.M.
