On motion of Mr Lippincot of Columbia, Ordered That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so altering the fifteenth and twentieth sections of an act to provide for the instruction of youth, passed March 11th 1834, so that they may not conflict with each other. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Allen of Bangor, Ordered That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of authorizing by law the Clerks of the Supreme Judicial Court, and of the Court of Common Pleas to issue executions on judgemwnts at any time within two years from the rendition thereof and to renew executions at any time within two years from the return day thereof. Sent up for concurrence.
