Mr Strickland, from the Committee to which were recommitted the Senatorial votes, so far as relates to the case of Edward Robinson of third Senatorial District, further reported, that the votes returned from Bowdoinham for Edward M. Robinson, were, in fact given for Edward Robinson and ought to be added to those he received in other towns; and, if so added, will give him 3259 votes, a number sufficient to elect him to a seat at this Board; and he is therefore elected. Which report was read and accepted.

On motion of Mr Ham, Ordered, that the Secretary of the Senate notify Edward Robinson that he has been constitutionally elected Senator by the People in the Third Senatorial District, or District of Lincoln, and request his immediate attendance at the Senate Board.
