Mr Ham announced that Stephen Woodman, Senator elect from the first Senatorial District and Nathaniel S. Littlefield, Senator elect from the Second Senatorial District, are in attendance and ready to take and subscribe the necessary oaths. They were conducted by Ham to the Governor and Council, before whom they took and subscribed the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify them to enter upon the discharge of their official duties and took their seats at the Senate Board.
