I saw the excessive flowing at a glance and knew that she needed extra attention. Q. Wouldn't a physician be very likely to detect a feotus (fetus) if it had been delivered A. It probably was not delivered then; probably some little time after. It may have been; I didn't examine very fully. Q. It might have been A. She had only been in bed a few moments. Q. How long should you think A. Not long. I think the nurse had taken her up and had her go to bed. She was suffering from diarrhea Q. You say you have had considerable experience in cases of that kind A. Not considerable; I have had some, as much as any physician who lives in a hospital for the insane; perhaps a dozen cases. Q. Did the attendant come after you the second time A. No sir. Miss Ham came out for me the second time
