By Mr. Hall Q. Is it anybody's duty under the law to go after patients who run away? A. I don't think its the law that makes it the duty of any particular officer, excepting that it makes it the duty of every person in that service to obey the superintendent. When the patients are out at work, the law makes it my duty to look after them. This man was not out
