1209 A. (cont.) have never been able to satisfy myself that there were grounds for complaint in any instance that I can now recollect. In many instances I found them quite ready to say that they were fully satisfied and were happy in their condition. That would be my judgment after the inquiries I made from time to time. I can recollect one or two instances where parties have complained to me and afterwards when they became as I think more sane they have made less complaint. Q.
