On motion of W. Dunlap Ordered that the Petition of Noah K. Goerge and others of Plantation No 3 Range 3, be taken from the files and laid on the table: Referred to the Committee on New Trials; Sent down for concurrence & came up concurred.
An old Petition of Noah K. George and others referred in the House to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, came up for concurrence was read and non concurred.
Petition of the Selectmen of Denmark that Fryeburg Addition may be annexed to that district for choice of Representatives, was read and referred to the Committee on new Trials: Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
