Resolve relating to the Barring and Houlton Road was read a second time and ordered to lie on the table. Evening.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Waldoboro Lime Burning Company - " to incorporate the Frankfort Commercial Hotel Association - - " to incorporate the Bucksport Stage and Hotel Company - - " to encourage the culture of Silk within this State were severally read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed, Bill - An additional act to establish a Registry of Deeds for the Eastern District of Lincoln County - which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
The same Committee reported as truly engrossed Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State - which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
