Bill - An Act to incorporate the globe Bank was called up and the vote passing the same to be engrossed was reconsidered - the Bill amended by striking out the word "Eastport" and inserting "Bangor" in lieu thereof, and then ordered to be reengrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee to enquire whether the Resolve of March 17 1835 relative to land pensions, extend to cases of citizens of Massachusetts enlisting in other states and report such explanations in relation thereto as the provisions of said Resolve will warrant - reported that the Resolve referred to is explicit in the particular indicated & does extend to citizens of Massachusetts enlisting into the Revolutionary army in other States and that explanations or legislation is inexpedient - and the report was accepted.

Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to Bail was read a second time & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act supplementary to an act for the relief of Poor debtors - " further to regulate fees of County attornies - " to establish the Bangor Female Orphan Asylum - were severally read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amend. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of John Hodgdon was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
