Jonathan Mason Jun Esq Col Josiah Waters and John Avery Jun (and any two of them to make a Quorum) be and they are hereby appointed agents of this Propriety to represent us before the Committee above named and to defend and Support our aforesaid Claim --

 And Also Voted if it should so happen that in
