Bill - An additional act for the regulation of Banks & Banking - laid on the table by Mr Lake of Bucksport, was read 1st & 2d time & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Ellsworth Bank was taken up - report of Conferees read & accepted and then the House recede from their former vote and concur with the Senate & pass the Bill to be engrossed and the question was decided by yeas & nays as follows Yeas 74 nays 57.
